We are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Phone us on 01344 455556. This is our direct phone number. Sometimes our lines will all be busy so you can phone our National number on 08457 90 90 90. The National number will connect you to the nearest branch with a free line. Calls are charged at the local rate.

Visit

Our centre is open for visitors from 10:30 to 21:30 Monday to Wednesday and 18:00 to 21:30 Thursday to Sunday. There is no need to make an appointment.
We have facilities for wheelchair users, and an induction loop system for the hard of hearing.
