  • The needs of our callers
  • Mental health issues, including suicide prevention
  • Voluntary sector

Through commissioning, supporting and carrying out high quality research, we aim to continually develop our understanding of suicide prevention and issues relating to wellbeing, and ultimately improve the services we provide to our callers.

All research projects are carried out within strict ethical guidelines, and approved by ethics committees.
