Website User Survey
This report is a summary of this website's feedback
between September 2006 and August 2007.
The aim
is to start trying to measure the impact of Samaritans' services.
The nature of our work does not lend itself to ‘measurement’, but
we have set ourselves the task of evaluating what we do and the
impact we have on individuals and communities. There is very little
research about what’s effective when it comes to working with
people in distress. As one of the largest and oldest helplines in
the world we feel it’s our duty to use our experience and knowledge
to improve this situation.
