Suicide data for 2009
The individual countries within the United Kingdom and Republic
of Ireland release their
statistics at different times.
It is anticipated that 2009 data for Scotland and the Republic
of Ireland will be available in
August 2010 and 2009 data for England, Wales, and Northern Ireland
will be updated in
December 2010.

Please note that suicide data includes deaths from intentional
self-harm and deaths of undetermined intent. Deaths of undetermined
intent are not included within suicide data for the Republic of
Ireland.
